# ValueChain EVM

ValueChain EVM is the EVM-compatible system chain for the SoDEX ecosystem. It maintains shared system state and provides the account and settlement layer used by application-specific chains.

## Network configuration

`SOSO` is the native gas token and uses 18 decimals on both networks. Target slot time is 2 seconds.
